Hi,

I'm not seeing any media in import modal UI in Lightroom Classic V 13.5.1 or V 13.5. I've tried downgrading the version but still no luck. I've attached the screenshot of how the UI looks.

You need to select folder(s) that have photos in them.  You have selected a higher level folder that does not have photo files in it.  If you select one or more lower level folders with photo files in them you will see the option to import them.

Thats not the issue. It doesnt work on any folder. Even if I drag a folder in it. I've tried downgrading the version, also trying system restore, also using different catalog. still doesnt work.

Try this. Click on Copy (Yes, I know you want to import using Add, but click on Copy anyway). Then make sure the Destination panel is present and expanded and pointing to a folder that actually exists. THen click back on Add.

If the Destination panel does not appear when you click on Copy, then right-click on File Handling and select Destination from the drop-down menu

For anyone else reading along, my solution above ought to be tried before you reinstall your operating system and all software, its definitely a lot faster. It has worked for many people (example).

Apparently the method I mentioned worked for @Krisztina5EE9 (see above) ... no need to re-install Windows and re-install all the apps.
