After re-installation I have no Photoshop within Lightroom, so I cannot work my photos from LR in Photoshop.

Also the index in Lightroom Classic is different with Libray and edit. All is sinstalled! Version LR is 12.4, Photoshop 24.6.0

Is there a way to get in contact with a person who can help me??

Thanks, it worked. I removed Photoshop and reinstalled it and it was OK.

However after the release this week (2023-07-26) the link was missing again and I had to remove/reinstall again. Something is not quite going well in the updates I think. But for now it works.

When the 'link' between Lightroom Classic and Photoshop has issues, the first step is to try this:

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Application to uninstall Photoshop. When asked, keep preferences! After this reinstall Photoshop again.

If this doesn't help the nest step is to reinstall both apps Lightroom and Photoshop. Please folloe the steps below:

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Client and uninstall both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic. When asked, keep preferences!
  2. Install Photoshop first and then Lightroom Classic. The right order is very important here!

Please describe more detailed what do you mean with "index".

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Thanks!
It works, I only had to reinstall Photoshop.

What I mean about “index” is the listing on the left on the screen. In the tab “edit” I don’t see my imported maps as I see them in the library.

With kind regards, Ria van der Wagt

That is correct as designed.  Folders (Maps) do not show in the Develop (Edit) module unlike the Library module. You will only see Collections.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.0, Photoshop 27.0, ACR 18.0, Lightroom 9.0, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0 .
