Pixelated photo import to Lightroom

I have an 7S iPhone and it takes sharp photos. But when I try to import them into Lightroom CC, they are impossibly pixelated,  I'm using IOS 10.2.1, which seems, in all other respects, to be behaving normally. This never used to happen. Why now?

Can you post a screen shot and a sample file perhaps.

I use an iPhone and have no issues, do you know what setting you have applied in import???
