Which plug-ins and from where? What happens when you try to download them? What error messages?

Let me correct that: the plug ins are on my desktop but lightroom doesn't pick them up when I try to add them.

Ahhh ... I get it now. The Plug-in Manager only manages plug-ins (export/upload services and custom metadata plug-ins).

Dojo and Saim are develop presets and are not managed via the Plug-in Manager. You should move these files directly into the Develop Presets folder, rather than trying to use the Plug-in Manager.

If you're not sure where to find the Develop Presets folder, open Lightroom's Preferences dialog. Click on the tab titled "Presets" and click the button "Show Lightroom Presets Folder...". Inside that folder should be another folder titled "Develop Presets". Move the templates there.

Thanks for bringing this bit of confusion to our attention. We'll consider making this more straightforward in a future version of Lightroom.

Eric, would you consider adding .lrwebengines to the Plugin Manager?

Sean, yes, I've been advocating for that idea internally already. Can't say when it will happen, other than I don't expect it in the near future.

As long as the idea is in the ether there, I'm happy. Thanks Eric.
