Preset name blank in History Panel

When looking at the History Panel to see which preset I used on an image, the spot where it should show the preset name is completely blank. I create presets as part of my job so this is a huge hinderance. Didn't start until I updated Lightroom.

Using Lightroom Classic 13.0 on Macbook Pro 2023 Ventura 13.5.1

I am not able to replicate this issue. Could you share a copy of the preset that is causing the issue for us to review?
