Preset Panel Empty?

I've been on 10.1.1 and 10.4 today trying to get rid of this issue. The left-side of the panel is completely blank. All of my presets are gone. Do you know why this could be or how to resolve the issue?

Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
