Preset problems!

I'm using LrC 12.3 on a Mac Studio. I have one global raw develop preset, which I created in 2020 and use on import for RAW files from both of my camera bodies. I use one catalogue. My global raw develop preset zeroes out all the editing sliders except:

--some sharpening settings

--some color noise reduction settings

--activates lens profile corrections and chromatic aberration removal

I now want to make minor changes to the sharpening settings in this preset, but can't find instructions in the Adobe help pages or in YouTube tutorials. Can someone guide me through this? Many thanks!

I'd suggest making a new preset with the sharpening tweaks, then adding that to the mix (global raw defaults). Does that work for you now?

Apply the preset to an image, make the desired changes and then right-click the preset. That will give you the option to update the preset with the current settings.

Thanks - I've created a new preset with all the desired settings, and deleted the old one. So all my raw defaults are now in one preset. All sorted now - many thanks!
