The error message (translation) says-  "All items have already been imported".

Have you searched presets in sub-groups of the Preset Panel.

Were the XMP files  Develop Presets, or Profile Presets?

Were they Camera Specific Presets?

Click the (+) to [Manage Presets] to be sure that all are visible in the panel-

Do you know that the Preset NAME shown in LrClassic may not be the same as the FILENAME in Windows?
