I have created a custom template for a cell size slightly different than 8x10. The first couple of prints came out sized perfectly. However, when I went back to make some Print Adjustments (brightness), the print size reverted to the underlying 8x10 - even though the Layout section of the Print module displayed the cell size I had previously set. Nothing I try short of starting over seems to affect the print cell size.
I am using LR Classic 9.2 on a Mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.3, and am using a Canon Pixma Pro-100.
