Lightroom may not be aligned with the new location of your folders. Can you right click one of the folders and choose "Find missing folder"? (Not sure how that would be presented in your language).

Ideally, all your folders would be under one top level folder, and when you find that one, all the subfolders will be located as well. If you have all top level folders in your list, you may need to repeat the process for each one. To avoid this in the future, select one of your folders, right click and "Add parent folder."
