Hello there,
I experience issues with the masking tool.
When updating the brush on a mask or create another mask and start brushing, the whole picture will reset and all masks will be deleted.
I have 2 masks on that picture so far. The second one can't be completed because when i brush on my picture and masks will reset.
I installed the latest Lr-Update, the latest Graphics-Driver and the latest software for my Wacom One (which I use for brushing). Even without using the Wacom, it resets.
Any ideas?
regards
Marcus

Update:
If I just try to make any changes on my masks (like Contrast etc.), the same thing happens.
I can always undo the last action and get back to the state were everything was fine...
To me, it feels like a problem of ressources because Lightrooms behaviour is very slow with everything.
Is that possible though I have plenty of ressources left?
regards
Marcus

When you're using the brush, does the problem occur with Auto Mask unchecked?

Hey John,
thx for your reply.
Sorry, but where do I uncheck Auto-Mask? Can't find it.

I found it. Same problem, no matter if checked or unchecked!

That rules out one possibility, a previously reported but with Auto Mask.
