Problem syncing to adobe cloud

Hello everyone! I am desperate trying to solve an issue that started recently

my lightroom does not sync anymore... the catalogs lost that option on the right side to sync it with the cloud Here is what I tried to do so far
1 - I deleted the online catalog so all my photos on lightroom mobile are not gone
2 - I tried creating a new catalog, but that would not sync as well
3 - I tried to log off and log on again the clod symbol is green... it appears to have no problem to sync. but it will not sync
4 - unistall and reinstall lightroom

I attached some pictures of the user interface so that you can see that the system thinks sync is OK, but the cloud is empty....
