Problem with Export.

I have a persistent problem with Export that I've already consulted this forum about to no avail.

The problem is that upon export I've somehow lost the ability to set the height of the photo while having the width "float" by maintaining the aspect ratio.  One day, this option seems to have disappeared.

An expert here suggested that I reset the Lr preferences which I did.  However, this didn't solve the problem.

I then completely uninstalled Lr and installed it again, but even that seem to solve my problem.

Can someone Please help me because otherwise Lr isn't of much use to me.
