After the last LR update, I have a problem with the quality of the entire program - When I open it on a macbook it's ok and when I open it on the NEC 271U monitor, the program is strange with a weaker resolution and even its fonts are blurry, not to mention the photos.
And secoun topic: why do I have a difference in displaying a photo between Develop and Library modules? In develop the photo is out of focus, as if it is not fully loaded, it has artifacts, and the library photo is sharp and everything is ok with it. I am working on a Mac Book Pro M2 32Gb Ventura. Please help me

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.
