Publish panel doesn't appear in Lightroom classic

The panel disappeared when I was trying to reinstall a plugin. Trying to bring it back by right clicking on one of the left panel sections title bar does not show Publish.

Can you post a screenshot of that attempt?

And, can you not toggle it on from the MENU > Window > Panels..   or [Cmd+Shift+4].?

Can you confirm that Lightroom Classic is in the Library module? 

(Publish Services are available only in the Library module.)

Ah Ha! Publish only appears in library mode. I wasn't aware of this. Thank you for the help.
