I can't find my Filckr Published Collections and Smart Albums after moving photos from my PC to an external drive. Can anyone point me to the file location where these might be located?

Windows 10, Lightroom Classic.

How did you do this move? Explain in detail, step-by-step.

Flick Published Collections and Smart Collections (not Smart Albums) should be in the exact same place they always are.

Opened picture folder, selected all folders including Lightroom, copy and
paste to external drive.

Please explain, "can't find". The process of moving images from one drive to another should really have no effect on collections and smart albums if done properly. As requested, please describe the process you used to move the images to the external hard drive.

By moving your images that way, you have broken the chain and the life and no longer knows where the images are located. Follow the procedure in Part 2 in the following link to try to get things lined back up so that Lightroom knows where your images are located now:

Thanks for your reply and suggestions but I have located all of the photos,
files, folders but my published collections to Flickr are no longer listed
under Published Collections, Flickr. I have created a collection and
published it to Flickr but the dozen or so published prior to moving to the
external drive are no longer showing under published collections, Flickr.
My question is are these published collections to flicker saved in a folder
in lightroom similar to presets, etc?
