Greetings Everyone!
I am currently using Lightroom Classic version 13.5 on a Windows CPU.
The issue that I having is that when I go to IMPORT Files into Lightroom Classic a couple of "Actions/Sub-Menus" seems to missing.
Missing "IMPORT TO" Sub-Menus/Actions:
1. *FILE RENAMING*
2. *DESTINATION*
*IMAGE ATTACHED*
Are these two options relocated or was this feature omited during the newer firmware updates?
If it is an issue, how do I resolve it?
Much appreciated!

Right click one of the other panel headers, like File handling or Apply during import.
Then choose the panels you want to display from the context menu.

Thank you so much!! So simple... but it worked! So strange I over looked it.

I notice two issues
One, the import screen despite being selected as COPY, looks more like ADD. Perhaps your preference file is corrupt and needs to be reset.
The preference file can get corrupted, leading to all sorts of odd behavior. Resetting the preference file is basically deleting the preference file (or relocating), and restarting LrC, whereupon LrC will recreate the preferences file. The preference file keeps track of all sorts of things, not just the preferences settings. Note that a side effect of doing this may/will return preference settings to defaults. Carefully read the following references.
It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:
Second, I suspect you use an MS account, not a local account for logginig on to yur Widows computer. As such several System Folders (Librarys) are associated with OneDrive. Typically auto sync to OneDrive. Folderrs like Pictures, Desktop, Downlaods, Videos. I suspect if upi bring up LrC /Help/system Info/ you will see a Libary path that includes OneDrive in the path. THis can be bad. This can effect performance. Blame this on Microsoft. Typicall sollution is to create one or more folders of your chossing and move your catalog, and in your case, the photos, to. Something like MyPhotogrppapy, Lightroom, MyPhotos, Rumplestilsikin, any thong other than Pictures.
Oh, you can use OneDrive to Sync, just Sync while not actually editing in LrC. Or Sync outside of LrC. And do not conflate the use of OneDrive with proper backups, it is not.

Thank you very much for your insight to the supposed issues! I will get to it as soon as I can and get back if any of them have been resolved.
Also! I do have another "Import Issue" mainly on odd media storage types. So far that I have tested is CFast 2.0 and CF Express Type B Card... Lightroom seems to read the card as "another local drive" for lack of a better term, rather than a "Copy From->To" Importable Media(CF and SD works fine). Also when I do import the files from CFast and CF Express, the files go missing once I take out the card... seems like it just import the files to be viewed in light room but it is stored on the same card...
Is there any way that I can make Lightroom read CFast, CF Express, and other less common Media types as a standard "importable" copied media to local drive?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, LrC does, basically because the OS does. Be very very careful that you are not Using ADD during the import as opposed to Copy, or Copy as DNG
Also understand the LrC might not eject that media after import, You may nee to manual eject the media.

Nope
