Hi

after my Motherboard have changed i get that message : "The serial number is in use in maximum allowed computers", my Lightroom will be soon not more useable.

LiveChat is closed since Days.

Is there somebody who can help me ?

As far as I know, Live Chat is available 24 hours a day. However, you need to conttact Live Chat and tell them you have an activation issue.

so it was not possible to contact the LiveChat

We in this forum can't fix activation problems. Live Chat is the way. I just went to live chat, and it said it was available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you go to the Support page at the bottom select Region, and or Change Region, and select UK. See if you can then contact the Chat system.
