Hi Chrisopher. You have posted in the Photoshop Elements forum.
In Lightroom, you have to be in the Print Module to print documents.
I will move your post to the Lightroom Classic forum where you will get more help if you need it. If you are using the Cloud version of Lightroom, I'm sure they can point you in the right direction too.
