I recently had a new Mac OS installed on my Mac Studio as I was having problems. Unfortunatley my backup disk (timemachine) also crashed. I do have an external hard drive with catalog back-ups and copies of most photos as the were imported. How can I get things back onto Lightroom Classic?

Using your operating system, copy the photos and catalog file back to EXACTLY where they were before.

Thanks. I think I can get the photos reasonably close to where they were berfore, but the exact file tree is lost. Also, I am not sure where the catalog resided. Any ideas before I just plunge in?
