Revert to original filename

The filenames in my catalog don't match the filenames of the images. I see that there is a metadata field named "Original Filename" that I think I can use. Is there a way to revert back to the original filename? I can't use the Libray->Rename Files command because it's grayed out.

if you renamed the files outside Lightroom, you have a real problem. You can’t change the file name inside Lightroom that it looks for. You can rename files inside Lightroom but that only works if the file is actually present with the name that Lightroom expects. The only recourse you have if files were renamed outside of Lightroom is to try to rename the files back to their original names.
