When editing photos, I used to shift select a batch of images, right click, and sync the settings from a master photo. The sync option was at the top of the menu that appeared when I right clicked. Now it is gone. I realize that I can auto-sync , however it is more tedious of a process to me. I'd love to have that right-click option back!

I don't think Sync Settings ever appeared at the top of the right-click context menu. In both LR 13.0.1 and LR 11.0, it appears in the submenu Develop Settings > Sync Settings.
However, if you toggle off Auto Sync, you'll see the Sync button, which give you one-click access to Sync Settings:
You can also type the shortcut Shift Cmd S.

I know that command, but when it gives me an additional step that I have to choose which settings to sync. Previously, I could just click once and paste settings. I'll attach a picture to highlight what I'm talking about. When edited one photo, and then shift selected a few others in the develop module, right clicked, I used to be able to sync settings. The option is gone. I am a professional and have been using that button for years! Now I have to train my brain to do it another way lol.

The right-click menu in LR 10.4 is the same as in 13.0.1 (see the screenshots). Perhaps you're thinking of the command right-click > Develop Settings > Paste Settings From Previous (which isn't at the top of the menu, and hasn't moved):
