It seems your GPU isn't suitable with the Denoise function. It's very resource intensive.

Please provide also a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item.

There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Then we can say more.

The problem with the flickering monitor you see is that your graphic card isn't realsuitable to use Denoise.

Your card does have only 3 GB of memory. that's not enough.

Denoise is by far the most advanced of the three Enhance features and makes very intensive use of the GPU. For best performance, use a GPU with a large amount of memory, ideally at least 8 GB. On macOS, prefer an Apple silicon machine with lots of memory. On Windows, use GPUs with ML acceleration hardware, such as NVIDIA RTX with TensorCores. A faster GPU means faster results.

You have to live with it or you have to change your graphic card to a stronger one.

I've seen the same flickering on my system. My card is nearly the same. I've been using the GTX 1050Ti with 4GB.

My GPU (which, to be fair, isn't exactly state-of-the-art) has 8gb, and I still get the flickering.

Ik heb het gebruik van GPU (videokaart) uitgeschakeld en het probleem is opgelost wat betreft de flikkering. Denoise werkt nu trager door enkel gebruik te maken van de 32GB RAM.
Ik zal eerdaags een grotere videokaart kopen en hoop dan tot een betere oplossing te komen.
Ik infrormeer u verder

 

I have disabled GPU (video card) and the flicker issue has been resolved. Denoise now works slower by using only the 32GB RAM.
I will soon buy a larger video card and hope to find a better solution.

I have the same issue when i use denoise or Create Panormamas  "Screen is fickering during process" 

My GpU card has 12gig rtx3060  my memory  is 64 gig  and i have CPU i9 14900K

It is only the picture with in Lightroom that flickers not the full screen

I know this is an old thread, but since it was resurrected: I think a little occasional flickering during Denoise is normal and nothing to be concerned about. I get this on two machines, one with a 12 GB RTX 3060, and one with a 16 GB RTX 4060 Ti.

Denoise is as fast as it's supposed to be, and works perfectly on both.
