Hello, recently I've upgraded my PC hardware, and I tried to launch Lightroom CC 2023 version 12. And I got the message: "Sorry, an error occurred" then it closed. I've tried to run it as an administor It crashes immediately without the message. I tried to reinstall, and uninstall and even format the OS (win11 pro, everything is updated from windows update to drivers and bios). Photoshops work perfectly but regular Lightroom not.
This is my

Heavy specs! You've done major troubleshooting already. I'll help you figure this out.
What version of Lightroom are you working on? Lightroom Classic or Lightroom desktop?
If you're working on Lightroom classic, where do you keep your Lightroom Catalog? Internal drive or an external drive?
If you're working on Lightroom desktop, do you have any antivirus, firewall, or VPN service that might control how the application uses the internet?
Open the Event Viewer from Windows Search.
Thanks!

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html#troubleshooting
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html
If Lightroom doesn't start correctly the please see "Solution 2" in the document behind the second link.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/
It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:
