Spot Removal replacement image smaller than selection tool v11

Clone and Heal tool malfunctioning in the following way.  The replacement being smaller than the selection happens for both Clone and Heal.  LR Classic CC v 11.0.1.  Windows 10 Home.

Initial troubleshooting:

1. Try setting Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off.

2. Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
