Stuck on Updating Published Collections

Hello-

I keep having trouble exporting photos through my pixieset plug in, as well as just exporting to my desktop.

The only message or move is "Updating Published Collections" but it justs sits there.

It won't even bring up export menu

By that, do you mean the Publishing Service, when told to publish, does not bring up the export menu?

No, it would not. Publishing Service is basically an export process where many or all settings for the export are defined in the publish settings

Is the login/activation portion of the publish service correct?

Not all services give a pop up asking for that when missing.

I was having trouble with my updated pics exporting to pixieset. It would get stuck after the first pic. I logged out of pixieset in lightroom and logged back in. I then clicked the sync now button on the pixieset page in lightroom. Went back to export and it worked beautifully. Only took me 3 hours to figure this out. Hope it helps someone.

OMG I just tried this and it totally solved my problem, how crazy, I spent ages trying to figure this out, blaming icloud, restarting, trying to back up the catalogue, etc. and then I just did this and it worked! Thank you so much Becky, you are the best thing that happened all afternoon! 🙂

ugh, didn't help me at all.. I am totally stuck with upload, and everything is up to date.. any other ideas?
