toggle on/off varius categories in "developing" (LrC)

with one off the new updates in Light room Classic, the small on/off toggle were changed in the eye symbol which now only temporarly removes that category (Basic, HSL/colour etc) from the picture, as long as the button remains pressed, is there any possibilities to get the more permanent on off switch back?
its really messing with my workflow to not be able to semi permenatly remove certain aspects from the editing, so i really miss the little bugger!
