I just opened it up, I have not played with Lightroom for years but I'm going crazy or is Lightroom Classic 2022 absolutely mad?!
I can't find a button for viewing Before / After edit...i mean its one of those things that should have a big red button because you use it all the time...but No.
I have to Google how to do it and turns out..it's the backslash shortcut...ok fine...sound suppper weird but ok.
No, that is mapped to increase exposure...because turns out backslash is more normal on a US keyboard but I have a swedish keyboard so it's all different....
Ok whatever, I'll just remap the damn shortcut to whatever I want....NOOO you can't remap shortcuts in Lightroom 2022 WHAT!!! Have you ever heard of an editing program you can't remap on...what is this!!!
This is the most crazy idiotic thing I've ever heard of....
Someone please...How in the Hell do I view before/after on Lightroom Classic 2022 v11.2 English Language but with a Swedish Keyboard layout.

This backslash key works on my Norwegian keyboard, which I believe is the same as a Swedish keyboard (as well as Danish and Finnish). Pressing it will toggle between before and after.
You can also press Y to use other Before/After options, that you set up in the toolbar.
If you cannot see the toolbar, press T.

Googling for "swedish keyboard" suggests that are several variants for where "\" may (or may not) appear, e.g.

Perhaps post a phone pic of your keyboard?

I think my keyboard (Fujitsu) is labelled Scandinavian, and probably sold in all four countries.
So with the OS language set to Norwegian or Danish, you'll get Ø and Æ when pressing the Ø and Æ keys.
With a Swedish or Finnish OS, you'll get Ö and Ä.
The letter Å is used in Norwegian, Swedish and Danish, and although it is not used in Finnish, it's in their alphabet.
It's possible that the OP has a keyboard without a dedicated backslash key, in which case TranslatedStrings is the only option. And it does work with the Before/After command.

Thanks for the correction. When I retested it just now, it does work -- I must have fat-fingered something before. Here's the line to add to TranslatedStrings to change Before/After to Shift + V:
"$$$/AgDevelop/Menu/View/BeforeAfter/Before/Key=Shift+V"

Customizing LR's keyboard shortcuts is one of the most popular feature requests:
The request's status was recently changed to "Planned", which means Adobe is seriously considering it (though if/when it gets implemented, who knows). Please add your constructive opinion to the feature request and be sure to click the Upvote button at the top-right and Follow at the bottom of the first post. That will make it a tiny bit more likely that Adobe will consider implementing the feature and you'll be notified when they do.
You can change most of LR's keyboard shortcuts by editing the TranslatedStrings file:
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/custom-keyboard-shortcuts/
Unfortunately, many of LR's single-letter shortcuts are hardwired into the program and can't be changed that way.
