Unknown error exporting photos

New Here ,
May 07, 2025 May 07, 2025

Hello, I am having a problem error show up randomly when I am trying to export different photos. I messaged with a person on the Adobe Instagram for a few hours yesterday trying to fix the problem. They had me do everything under the sun in lightroom to hopefully find the problem. I was told to post here, for expert help. I attached a screenshot of the error message, I tried to attach screenshots of my messaging with Adobe on Instagram but it is not allowing me to attach them.

I used Lightroom Classic 14.3 on my 1 year old computer (iBUYPOWER Slate 8 MESH Gaming Desktop PC)

I am frustrated because I feel that since Lightroom has added so many new features and upped the subscription prices, the software itself has not run the way it is supposed to. Photographers should not be expected to pay $60 plus a month for software that every few months has problems.. Then every 5 years or so have to buy brand new computers to support the ridiculous amount of ram needed to run said software. I have been using Adobe for the last 10 plus years and have loved it when it works properly. I understand that everything is expensive now and that no editing software is cheap but when things continue to have issues, especially after updates, its starting to feel more like a cash grab than anything else..

"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 (32.0.15.6094)"

That graphics driver is 9 months old. As the next step, install the latest Studio driver (not a Game Ready driver):

In addition to the out of date GPU driver, your CAMERA RAW CACHE setting is too small. Adobe states that the default 5 GB is too small and to start with 20 GB. Some go larger than that. The Camera RAW CACHE limit of 5 Gb will affect Develop Module performance.

Hi, I would like to let you know that I have tried absoulely everything you have suggested and more. Nothing is working. I have about 30 images that will not save through lightroom. Off of lightroom everything is fine with the images, they just will not save after editting. I have no idea what to do as these are some of my best photos taken for my client that I now cannot provide. I have been going back and forth with this for 2 weeks now. Is there an actual call line I can contact. I just want lightroom to work and to get my work out to my client..

Once you've installed the latest Nvidia Studio graphics driver as described above, please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
