Updated Lightroom Classic (10.1.1) and it has gone CRAZY

1. Most aggravating I CAN NOT SEE PREVIEWS PRIOR TO IMPORT

2. I've lost close, minimize, and full screen buttons

3. I can not compare screens (before/after, edited image to another unedited image..)

Please I need a solution -- this is beyond frustrating! I have a wedding and newborn photos to edit! 

I use an iMac recently updated to macOS Big Sur 11.2. So far, I regret everything!

Shift-F once or twice

idem I can not see previeuws prior to import I have to close and restart I dont know what to do
