Yes it does appear, under History. You have two steps, Import and then Reset Settings. There is no other history for this photo, and apparently no edits.

Is this the same catalog in which it was originally edited, or was it imported into this catalog after editing in a different catalog?

Also "apparently no edits"!

I note that most thumbnails on the filmstrip show the 'Embedded preview' badge indicating that these have never been 'edited' in LrC. This badge disappears when edits applied.
