Wrong color in lightroom

Problem with colors in lightroom and photoshop, i can see it good in windows visualizer, but in lightroom is this way im sending here

Does your monitor is color calibrated? Which color profile is using for your image?

Lightroom and Photoshop are using color profiles like sRGB, AdobeRGB or ProPhoto. I'm not sure if Windows visualizer use already profiles.

What exactly is the Windows visualizer?

Do you mean the Photos app, or may be the File Explorer?

The Photos app is color managed, but the File Explorer, Desktop and Paint are not.

Which one is from Lightroom?
