P: Create macros/scripts/automations

For example i often do these processes

1. mask -> backgroun -> reduce exposure, reduce saturation

2. mask -> select all people -> face skin -> soften skin

And so on. Repeated actions those can be automated with some one click script. Would be very convenient. 

There is no need to make any custom adjustments for each image, these changes are made completely from the tool sidebar.

At the moment there's no possibility to create script action in Lightroom.

What you can do is to use presets in LR.
