Not exactly.
Full frame before/after can be done with the protocol or a virtual copy. However, you're right, it's not as comfortable as the solution in Lr.

Actually, and I am not a heavy user of PS, and I avoid Lr. Does that button not toggle ACR or Lr to the default settings? Not to previous, but actually to bare bones defaults. Sort of like selecting the first state in the History Panel inb LrC. Not like selecting Before and After in LrC.
