ライトルームCCのプリントモジュールが表示されません。印刷できないんですか？

ライトルームCCをダウンロートしましたが、プリントモジュールが表示されません。印刷できないでこまっています。

どうすればいいですか？

アイコンの角が丸い、「LightroomCC」をご利用でしたら、プリント機能が付いておりません。

薄い水色で角が四角い、「Lightroom Classic CC」というソフトウェアでしたらプリント可能です。

こちらはLightroomCCプランではご利用いただけないのですが、フォトプランでしたらご利用可能なので

ご利用できるプランをお持ちでしたら、インストールし、ご利用してみていただければと存じます。

ご返答有難う御座います。理解出来ましたが

購入時には素人じゃ分かりませんよ！

なんでも出来る様な事を書いておきながら

、いざダウンロードしたら印刷出来ませんじゃ

あまりに不親切ですね。

おそらくですが、プランを勘違いしているように思います。

980円/月（×12か月）のプランは2種類あるためです。

• フォトプラン20GB：Photoshop、Lightroom CC、Lightroom Classic CC＋ストレージ20GB
• Lightroom CCプラン：Lightroom CC＋ストレージ1TB

同じ価格のプランでも、扱えるアプリケーションとストレージ容量が異なります。

後者の場合はLightroom Classic CCもPhotoshopも用意されていません。

プラン契約のページでも、そこを切り替えると提供内容の表示も変わるようになっています。

またメールにて返信されているようですが、本フォーラムは原則としてWebブラウザでアクセスして

やり取りすることが基本になっていますので、その状態でご確認ください。

（通知として届いたメールに返信はできますが、余分な情報も多々付与されます）
