Adding sponsor logos in a frame around images

Trying to figure out how to put multiple sponsor logos around a community stair climb race photo series.  Typically end up with 1000+ pictures and need to apply a "frame" around the picture in portrait and landscape orientation.  Any help is much appreciated!
