If you're on LR Classic and looking for the Auto Settings preset:

 

1. Edit a photo in Develop.

2. Click on the "+" at the top-right of the Presets panel and do Manage Presets.

3. Make sure the preset group Classic - General is checked.

4. In the Presets panel, if the group Classic - General is collapsed, click the triangle on the left to expand it.
