hi, I have tried vertying, and I mean everything to install the free presets into Lightromm classic 9.2 with no succes. I tried downloading that wierd import tool but it only lists photoshop as a program to install them on, I've installed the command line program and it fails to install them as well. I am stumped. I'm on Win 10.
Also, how/where does one iniate a chat with support? I had one going but then the browser closed and I couldn't resume because I couldn't fiind the chat link.

Are you talking about presets or plug-ins?
What is the source?

Sorry, presets. From Adobe and fron ON1.
Thanks!

The items for ON1, are probably presets for ON1, not for PS or LRC. These are presets, twxtures, LUTs that you get as gifts from ON1, or buy from ON1.
As for plug-ins for using ON1 as an external editor in PS or LRC, those are typically installed by installing ON1 (and yes you should be able to reinstall ON1 right ontop of itshelf)

The presets you linked to are intended for versions of Lightroom released before April 2018. Forunatley, Adobe provide a quick and easy way to convert them to the new format. However, you first need to download the presets to your computer. This is probably best done using the option I've highlighted in first of below screenshots.
When you've downloaded the file containing the presets you'll need to launch Lightroom and switch to Develop module, then click on the '+' button at top right corner of Presets panel. You should see a menu as shown in second screenshot below. Choose 'Import Presets' and navigate to the folder containing same.
The presets should now be ready to use.

I just tested-
The Adobe Exchange is somewhat a mystery to navigate, but if you managed to click on the [free] button then you should find a ZIP file download in your default 'downloads' folder. You must have the Creative Cloud Desktop App active to allow this to happen.
Adobe Exchange should show "Acquired"
This you have to unzip to extract the .lrtemplate files
Now in LR-Classic, Develop module, click on the [+] and [Import Presets]
The BeArt presets will appear in the User Presets folder. You can then move these to another Group if you wish, or add some to 'Favourites'.

I finally solved it since they were not importing. I extracted all the template and xmp files from the zip files and copied them into the folder: C:\Users\<my username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings\User Presets.
Then I restarted LR and there they all were. Phew. Took a while but now I know what to do.
Thanks everyone for your help!
