External edited images not showing up in Lightroom

Wanted to edit an image in Topaz Studio. Right click, go the pop up box, hit send with LR edits. Did some tweaking in Topaz, hit the Save (?) button on the lower right hand corner of the Topaz screen. Went back into LR, Topaz edited imaging is MIA. Right clicked on the original image in LR and then clicked on show file in Explorer. Topaz edited images (TIFF files) are there in Windows Explorer..but they are not in the dated file folder in LR nor are they in the collection folder in LR. Have dealt with this several times...drawing a blank on the fix. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

You stated Save, do you actually mean Accept?
