HDR Merge not working

I am a long time user of Lightroom in many forms. It appears that since the upgrade my HDR merge doesn't seem to be working properly. It appears to go through all the steps but the preview is bad and it doesn't change when I complete it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling LRC but no good. Suggestions? I am running Windows 10

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue. 

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

For the images in the bracket, do 1:1 previews exist?

Were the exposer step incriments consistant?

Nope, the original files were definitely there. Just downloaded. 😞

Were you merging smart previews? Perhaps with the originals not available?
