How to Load Custom Lens Correction Profiles to LightRoom?

New Here ,
Jul 29, 2020 Jul 29, 2020

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me figure out how to load custom LCP profiles into Lightroom / CameraRaw:

I downloaded the Adobe Lens Profile Creator and successfully made custom LCP profiles for my Rokinon 24mm TS lens in specific Shift positions. I have tested the profiles using the RawTherapee -they work beautifully.

Ironically, I have not figured out how to get them to load into Adobe!!

I am a Windows user -alredy tried installing the profiles to the following directories:

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles

C:\adobeTemp\ETR1803.tmp\4\SharedApplicationData\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles

You need to confirm the Lightroom version you are working with the actual version number.

If you are using LrC 9.3 have a look at the link below.

I am running Lightroom Classic 9.3

I tried your suggestion for importing the LCP files, however, it does not
appear to work. Thus far, I see no way to get custom LCP files to show up
in Lightroom or Camera Raw.

I would have thought that some architecture photographers would have
already figured this out since Tilt-Shift lenses generally do not have
profiles, however, it is possible to make your own as I have done.. I will
use Raw Therapee if I can't figure out how to get it done in LightRoom..

Cheers, jeremy

The second location should work as far as I know. I am not a windows user so I don't know if that is perfectly right but it follows what I would expect. The big change that happened a few versions ago is that you can now only use profiles in the user folder.
