Community Beginner ,

Getting "Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly.  See the JavaScript console for technical details."  The page is white.  Other modules are working.  Can't figure out how to troubleshoot this... Thanks for any help.

Thanks.  That really sucks!  I thought I was getting updates on all of my apps by paying a yearly subscription.   Is that not the case?  I have to also purchase a NEW Lightroom?

You should be able to update your subscription to Lightroom Classic CC Version 8.1, and then maps will work, if your operating system permits. What is the exact version number of your operating system (do not use words like "latest" or "up-to-date")?

You should be able to update your software for free to Version 8.1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application and scroll down to Lightroom Classic CC and click on update. If it doesn't say Update, then sign out, sign back in, and Update should appear.

Or click the menu under the three dots at the top right corner of the Creative Cloud desktop app and choose "Check for App Updates." A lot of times that's all you need to do to make updates show up. If that doesn't work then try signing out and back in.

Thanks everyone.  Turns out I had 2 versions downloaded somehow - now I have the right one and maps are working!
