Lightroom Classic Upgrade Missing images from catalog

I upgraded from Lightroom Classic CC to Lightroom Classic.  Now my photographs are missing from folders, and there is a ? beside every folder.

How do I sync all folders to catalogue?

Always best to try and locate missing folders [?]  first as this can automatically re-link the photos stored in those folders.
