Helping out a friend with this issue. He is running a Ryzenâ„¢ 5 3400G | Radeonâ„¢ RX Vega 11 Graphics. I am concerned that the video card may not be as robust as Lightroom requires. Lightroom launches but as soon as one trys to edit a photo, LR crashes out and he loses his wireless mouse capablity and his internet connection drops. He may also have an issue with his Network card. Any thoughts?

Windows 10 64 bit, version 20h2 and 16 MB RAM

Lightroom is build 10.1.1

Before doing anything else in Lightroom Classic, go to Edit Menu -> Preferences -> Performance and disable "Use Graphics Processor". See if that makes a difference.
