MacOs Compatibility

Hello, am new to Lightroom and Photoshop - trying to download them onto my Mac. My Mac will not update any further than version 10.11.6. Is there any way to use Lightroom and Photoshop in the cloud as an online program, or does anyone have any ideas as to how I could get around this issue without having to buy a new computer? Thank you.

MacOS 10.11.6 is ancient. There is an online version of Lightroom (https://lightroom.adobe.com). This would require the same 'Lightroom plan' as Lightroom desktop. There is no online version of Photoshop, however.
