I used the free trial version and bought the licence for Lightroom and Photoshop two days ago, the payment has been done (via Mastercard) on the 5th of June, however I don't get access on my laptop. I logged out and logged in again, stays the same. Don't know what else I can do?

We are not Adobe here, we are other Lightroom Classic users. We cannot help you with payment issues. You have to contact Adobe directly.

Log into the Main Adobe website, adobe.com, Sign In using the Email address and password you used to Buy the subscription,  Click the link to Manage your Account and check the status of your account.

 

It should say you have the Photography plan or Free Plan (which basically means you have created an Adobe ID).

 

If it is showing a Free Plan then you bought the subscriptioon using a different Adobe IDF than you think you used. Or the Adobe web system is still FUBAR (which it has been recently) and you will need to contact Adobe directly using the Chat system.

Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.

Did you ever receive an email with some form of receipt saying that you are now a subscriber or something like that from Adobe? If not there was some issue earlier in the pipeline.
