Troubleshooting tethered capture with a Nikon D750

Hi,

When i launch the tethered capture on lightroom classic 10.0 connected by cable with my Nikon camera D750 the software doesn't recognize the camera and nothing happen, it loads for ever. I run it on a MacBook Pro OS Catalina 10.15.7.

I tried all the recommandations given by adobe support webpage, I also tried connecting my camera on another software (camera control pro, so my computer recognise the camera), and on another mac computer with lightroom 8. and both worked.

So i am out of options.

If you give guys can help me it will be much appreciated. Thanks

Have you considered reseting the preference file?
