just a small issue. i don't have a button to create presets. It seems to be below the task bar. Brand new windows 10. I just recently migrated from a late 2015 mac and have never experienced this.screenshot.jpg

Looks like your screen is set to a too low resolution. Is your screen really that small? Can't you increase the resolution?

You screenshot indicates your display has a native resolution of 1313 x 1151 pixels, which is more than enough to show the New Develop Preset window in its entirety. But the size of the Windows taskbar indicates you probably have the Windows display scaling set at perhaps 175%. That reduces the space available for LR to display the preset window below the minimum system requirements (768 virtual pixels high).

Some options:

- Change the Windows display scaling to be a little smaller. Right-click the Windows desktop, do Display Settings > Advanced Scaling Settigns.

- Set the Windows taskbar at the bottom to auto-hide: Right-click anywhere on the taskbar, do TaskBar Settings, click Automatically Hide The Taskbar in Desktop Mode. That should give enough space to see the rest of the preset window.
