I'm using the latest version of Lightroom Classic CC. Videos with higher framerate than 30FPS like 60FPS and 120FPS playback is choppy and stutter.
However, I can play those video smoothly with any other video players like Quicktime and VLC.

How can a software that charges me $10 per month can't play videos as smooth as a free software like VLC? Is Adobe aware of that?
I use Lightroom as a Digital Asset Manager hence I want to manage both videos and photos.
Are there any ways to fix this problem?

They are aware. But it clearly is not a priority to fix. That said, playback performance in video apps from Adobe like Premiere is also not as good as that in simple quicktime player or VLC.
