When printing from LR some pictures come out with lines on

When I print certain pictures out, my printer starts to "stutter" and the pictures come out with vertices lines on, almost as if the picture is made up of many individual columns when in actual fact it's only 1 picture. I have a HP Envy 7134, I have tried new cartridges, uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, and the problem is only on certain pictures. Any help appreciated, thanks
